Pelican Studio provides in-kind media services, including professional photography and videography, for select community events and initiatives throughout the year. 

Many small-scale events and non-profit organizations don’t have the budget for professional media, yet the impact of their work deserves to be seen and shared. 

Through in-kind media, Pelican Studio helps:

• Preserve meaningful community moments
• Increase visibility for local organizations
• Share stories that might otherwise go undocumented

While services are donated by Pelican Studio, sponsorship funding is needed to offset the cost of these in-kind contributions and support the long-term sustainability of community-based media projects. 

 Becoming an In-Kind Media Sponsor helps offset :

• Time spent planning, shooting, and editing
• Equipment use and maintenance
• File hosting, archiving, and delivery
• Continued availability for future in-kind coverage

Sponsorship options include:  

• One-time sponsorship — A simple way to support in-kind media
• Monthly sponsorship - Provides ongoing support for in-kind media across multiple community events throughout the year. 
• Quarterly sponsorship — Helps sustain in-kind media coverage for multiple community initiatives. 

In-kind media services are not tax deductible and are separate from Pelican Studio’s professional services. 

Sponsorships are used specifically to sustain in-kind coverage and do not replace paid client services or project-based work. Pelican Studio continues to offer professional media and website services for businesses, organizations, and individuals seeking strategic support.
